- Payments can be made by cash or credit card only; Master Card, VISA, or Discover are accepted. Payment made by cash will still require a credit card to cover theft or damages. Balance due is to be paid at check-in. Payment for full rental rate is expected at the time of arrival. To expedite check-in please collect ahead of time from your group and present total rental upon arrival.
- All reservations for stays of more than two days will have one non-refundable day charge at the time of reservation. We are unable to issue refund for early departures. No refunds will be given after check-in. We cannot control the weather or illness.
- Room cancellation must be made 48-hours before your arrival date. We are sorry, but after the 48-hour time frame, there are no refunds given. We understand if you are coming to snowmobile there must be snow and 48 hours should be sufficient time to determine if there will be snow.
- Cabin cancellation must be made a minimum of two weeks before your scheduled arrival. The full charge will be applied to your credit card. Any refund given will depend on our ability to rent the cabin for any time period of your scheduled reservation.
- Pets are welcome and there is not a fee. Pet owners are expected to clean-up after their pets. Pets cannot be left unattended in rooms, cabins, or the campground.
- Dishes mush be washed and put away before departure. There are no maid services available as we do not allow anyone to enter the cabin/room after it is rented to you. Everyday cleaning is the responsibility of the guest. Please be aware that there is a minimum $100.00 charge for cleaning services if dishes are not washed and properly stored in their respective cabinets. If you would like clean towels, bring your used towels to the office each morning and we will be happy to issue fresh towels in exchange.
- Any damages or theft to the cabins, rooms, or campground will not be tolerated. You will be solely responsible for all costs related to damages or theft incurred during your stay.
- No smoking is allowed in rooms, cabins, hallways, stairways, or inclosed areas. It is Michigan law. There will be a $250.00 charge for anyone caught smoking or the smell of smoke if found in the room or cabin you rented.
