Dog Friendly

  

The Sunshine is a dog-friendly motel. We do limit the number of dogs to (2) and have a weight limit of 50 lbs. Sorry, Cats nor any other animals are  allowed. All of our rooms and cabins are pet friendly for guests and their pets to vacation together! We love our animals and find that they become a part of our family, and guest’s as well. We do charge a pet cleaning fee of $15.00 /per animal.

 

Pet rules:

• Dogs must be supervised at all times. They cannot be left alone in rooms or cabins at any time!

• Dogs must be trained to use the bathroom outside (no Doggie pads.)

• Dogs must be clean and dry before re-entering all rooms.

• Dogs should be kept off of all furniture.

• All dog droppings must be picked up and properly disposed of.

• All dogs must be on a short leash when outside.

• Please bring towels and dishes for food and water for your pets.

• All responsible pet owners know that dogs should have their current shots (Bordetella, Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvo-Virus, Lyme, and Rabies), no fleas, and should be well behaved.

• It is the owners' responsibility to keep their pets from disturbing all other guests.

• All owners are responsible for damages or injuries caused by their pets to the property or other guests.

• Any guests who fail to follow these rules, or has an unregistered pet, may be asked to vacate their room, without a refund.
